With more than 24 years of executive and senior leadership experience across HR, WHS, governance, risk, compliance, systems, and business improvement, Kirsty brings a whole-of-business perspective that is rare in the SME market. She works closely with business owners and leaders to solve the operational problems that create friction, stretch leadership, and hold growth back.
Her background as a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Services Business Partner means she understands how people, systems, structure, and accountability connect across the business. Rather than looking at issues in isolation, Kirsty helps businesses improve the way they operate through stronger workforce systems, clearer processes, practical compliance frameworks, better reporting, and fit-for-purpose operational structure.
