Kirsty Mooney
Kirsty Mooney is a seasoned executive leader with over 24 years of experience driving strategic, operational, and cultural transformation across diverse business functions. As the founder and director of StrategeX Business Solutions, Kirsty brings a unique blend of financial expertise, people-focused leadership, and practical business insight to small and growing enterprises.
With a background as a Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Services Business Partner in the agribusiness sector, Kirsty has overseen finance, HR, work health and safety (WHS), governance, risk, and compliance at the highest levels. She has managed annual budgets over $120 million, implemented large-scale operational improvements, supported complex change management and developed systems now used across industry for HR and WHS compliance.
Kirsty is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with a strong working knowledge of Lean methodologies and the Theory of Constraints (TOC) frameworks she applies to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve throughput in practical, people-centred ways. Known for her down-to-earth approach, commercial acumen, and passion for empowering others, she partners with business owners to solve real problems, streamline systems, lift performance, and support people.
Whether it’s navigating growth, strengthening compliance, or finding clarity in complex challenges, Kirsty works side-by-side with clients to turn ideas into outcomes.
